Stuffed Pasta Shell

Ingredient:

Jumbo Pasta Shells - 10
Water to boil
Tomato Pasta Sauce

For stuffing
Corn - 1/2 cup
Egg White (Whisked)-I egg
Mozerella Cheese - 3 tbsp
salt to taste
Milk- 2 tsp
Chopped Spinach - 1/2 cup

Preparation:

Preheat oven at 350 degree
Boil water in a pan and add 1/2 tsp of salt pasta shells in it .Boil til it is done.Do not overcook


While the pasta is boiling, mix all the stuffing ingredient


Take a baking dish.Spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce in it


When the pasta is boiled , drain the water and let the pasta cool down for a few minute

Fill the shells with the stuffing


Repeat for the other shells and place on the Baking sheet over the pasta sauce


Spread the remaining pasta sauce over the stuffed shells

Cover the Baking dish with Aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes


Remove foil from the baking dish and bake the dish again for 15 minutes


Remove from oven after 15 minutes.Serve hot
