Cream Spinach soup

Ingredients:
Oil- 4 tsp
Onion(finely chopped)- 1 small
Milk- 2 cups
Corn flour- 4 tsp
Spinach (finely chopped)- 2 cups
Water- 1 cup
salt and pepper - to taste
Mace - 1/4 tsp

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion and fry till done
Add corn flour and slowly mix milk stirring continuously

Stir till you get a thick solution

Add 1/2 cup water and stir
Add salt . pepper and mace
Add spinach and rest of water

Stir for 10 minutes.

Serve with bread and Salad.
